Ruby is a gorgeous 8-year-old red roan mare. She is phenotypically as close of a mare to her famous sire Metallic Cat that I have seen. Ruby is a massive mare, she pretty headed, wide chested and has a huge hip. She is structurally correct with really good bone. She has a beautiful long mane and tail. This mare has been owned by a family member since she was a long yearling.

Ruby is a professionally trained cutter and is an NCHA money earner. She was only shown less than a handful of times we think four and we decided to bring her home as we needed her on the farm. Since then, we have used her extensively to gather cattle out of the pasture, drive, sort, and load trucks. She is a gate opening queen and she will side pass and has a nice ranch horse spin. This mare is one hand broke with a light neck rein, she is soft in the face and moves very well off leg pressure. She walks, trots and lopes with a cluck or a kiss and knows her leads and works the flag.
