This is a 5 year old, gorgeous bay and white paint, crossbred gelding. Rio stands a solid foundation of 16.hh tall. He has a good build and great conformation to him like no other. Rio is big, thick, and beautiful. He has astonishing color to him that sure to make you stand out. Rio has a personality not like most. He is super calm, quiet, and mellow. Rio as I would say has all the looks and brains. Rio has a sweet puppy dog personality where he loves to be loved on. He not like any ordinary horse; he wants to bond and be your absolute best friend. Rio is great around the farm, he has seen all machinery, dogs, cats, you name he has seen it. Rio rides English or western. He will walk, trot, canter, and short lope. Rio picks up both leads right off the bat. He will lope circles, take flying lead changes. He is absolutely a joy to ride. Rio has a one hand neck rein, side pass and backup. He’s such an easy-going smooth horse! Rio has seen all aspects of ranch work from doctoring cattle, checking fences, and working in the feedlots. Rio would also excel in such things as ranch pleasure, working western, English pleasure, English riding, and even trail. We’ve taken this gelding out on many trails he does excellent. He has been out with groups and never feels the need to be in the front. He will also go out alone. Rio does exactly everything you ask of him. He does not spook, buck, rear, or bolt. He is just a gentleman. Rio is husband approved! Just about any level of rider can get up there and hold the reins! Rio is easy to saddle, unsaddle, mount, and dismount.
