Pushin’ Your Luck “Lucky” is a 15hh 5 year old reg SSH gelding. This boy is pretty much a unicorn he is one of the most exotic horses you will ever lay your eyes on. With his one of kind Sabino pattern and his to die for mane and tail that is coated in silver. Lucky has been one of my personal trail mounts this Spring and Summer. I have had him on several overnight camping trips to Big South Fork and Land between the Lakes. He is one of the sweetest horses you will every be around. He just loves people! My mother is not a horse person but loves this boy. If you every pull in and can’t find her go to the barn you will find her up there feeding Lucky treats and brushing his big long mane and fore top. Lucky is easy to catch and handles like a big puppy dog. Loves to be bathed and groomed. Very easy to clip and is perfect for the farrier. Lucky stands to mount and rides off slow and easy. Lucky rides out with or without company. Rides anywhere in a group. Lucky isn’t a dead head but isn’t overpowering either. He will walk along or gait when asked. He has a very smooth racking gait that you can ride all day. Lucky is great in traffic and the normal day to day ruckus. Lawnmowers, tractors and atvs don’t phase him. Lucky is pretty much a mountain goat you can seriously ride this guy anywhere. He can navigate the smallest, steepest trails all with ease. Crosses all types of water, fallen trees and slippery rocks. Lucky is also fine around livestock and wildlife. We have ran into a few bears and jumped a lot of deers and turkeys with him and he handles it all great. If you are wanting the prettiest horse on the trail that just isn’t pretty but can perform Lucky is your man.
