Quarter pony project/companion for sale in Pennsylvania

This mare was broke a while ago and let sit for a few years. She has developed bad habits and has become very pushy. Owner is drastically downsizing ! We have ridden her for her evaluation and feel she would be happiest as a companion or maybe a horse you just go out on a trail with and follow a group. She is not dangerous or mean under saddle but she will do anything she can to say no to anything you ask of her. She will need extensive retraining. She also has an on and off swelling in her hind right leg. Owner won't vet. Price is negotiable.
