Must be able to do the following daily:
Regularly show up on time
Complete a regular daily task list thoroughly
Handle horses competently and comfortably
Drive well and pull a trailer
Run a camera to shoot sale videos adequately
Safely catch, tie, saddle, bridle, and rinse horses
Drive children to school/events/pick up
Must be able to babysit evenings, once a week
Work 40 hours per week
Typical daily hours are 8-5 with a lunch, Must be able to regularly work full-time, 5-6 days, 40-50 hours per week, sometimes 65 during busy season. Schedule is always set 2 weeks in advance, scheduled time off during slower season is no issue. Bonuses and raises quarterly. On site housing is available, but living on site is not required for the job.
Friendly, laid back comfortable family environment...however....no dogs, other pets, boyfriends, buddies, or your personal horses are allowed on the job :-)
Many options to move up to a sales, teaching, or training position - and higher pay.
