Perfect kids horse for sale in Michigan

Eddie is the sweetest guy, he is a former lesson horse from Kentucky. He is 19.. absolutely a perfect horse! I bought him Nov of 2018, quarter Arab. He is great with kids, animals and me. I hurt my back and dont know if i can ride again, so I don't want to just let my amazing boy sit.. he loves to ride and is a great kids horse! My kids are still learning to ride so I won't let them just take off and go, I walk next to him and let my kids practice the basics, but I have confidence he would be a perfect kids horse! My 16 yr old niece takes him out and rides with no issues. He will stand perfect to be saddled, I have never tied him to be saddled. and he isn't a pushy horse, he will walk next to you and go where ever you go. He loves being pampered, i can tell him i want a kiss and he will kiss my cheek, i will warn you that he is a licker! I blame my kids and treats but hes gentle and has never bit any of us. I can play in his mouth no problems.. He is a playful horse, we run and jump together in his pasture and he is just stunning to watch jump, buck and hop around like a little colt! He has a great canter, I love to run with him but I don't do it often because my back issues.. he is more of a whoa than go but will do whatever asked of him. I'm not a good bareback rider but he was awesome letting me practice ????‍♀️ I would say honestly his only vice would be, he isn't a fan of his feet trimmed but we found he is food motivated so I toss some hay and he stands great.. as the picture shows, just had his teeth floated and they were in great condition when we had them done.. I have used biteless and regular bridles no problem, I even put his bridle on backwards and he rode perfect ????????‍♀️

I feel he is getting mild arthritis left front foot ( i have given him medicine twice for it, only on really cold nights) but doesn't hold him back, he has so much life in him..

I gave him a 2 because like people no horse is perfect. We have been scared twice out riding.. he wasn't used to riding alone but now he's good with it.. 1st time, kids blew airhorn at us.. 2nd time my neighbor was using a skill saw and he did like the high pitch noise. Both times, he didn't buck jump nothing, he just turned around and headed in a fast walk away from the noise.. I was rather surprised and impressed

I wont sell him to just anyone, I want to make sure he has a perfect home, so I will require Pictures of your barn and pasture.
