Carmen is a 15.1hh, 11 year old, Dappled Palomino Molly/Mare Mule. Carmen has been used on a ranch in Oklahoma, South Dakota and has also been used in Kentucky. She has worked on a feedlot, roped and doctored sick ones. She has even been used a few rodeos to tug bulls. She has been used for hunting trips up into the mountains. Has been shot off of and has worn a pack rig a few times as well. She is great in the mountains and on rough trails and she will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. Carmen is trained to lay down. She is traffic safe. She has a ground covering gait, a very smooth jog, a very nice slow collected lope and reins around as well! She has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that she is asked too. She has seen everything that one could see out on the trails. She will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Carmen is 100% fine with her ears and feet, she will wear any type of headstall, will ride in a crupper or britchen either one and she is not cinchy, cold backed, does not crib or weave.
