Meet Richie! He is an 11 yo 15.2hh grade quarter horse gelding who is loaded with personality. Richie is a stout and shapey made boy! He is well muscled and has just enough chrome to get you noticed! Richie has worked on a ranch in South Dakota sorting cattle and has been trail ridden. He has also been used for reining. Richie is a big sweetie who’s no stranger to pattern work. He’s soft in the mouth we ride him in a broken snaffle and light off your seat and leg ques. He has an incredible neck rein fantastic transitions both up and down and easy flying changes. He side passes turns on the haunches and forehand overall he’s very handy horse who’s just a blast to ride. Richies heart seems to be found running barrels. He took to it effortlessly and absolutely loves it. He’s a horse who has the want to please and the grit to do a solid days work. Richie will excel in barrels and other games. He is any savvy teenage kids dream horse. On the ground he stands tied and loves to be doted on. He’s no stranger to activity and a busy barn. He is sound barefoot, and stays chunky on hay. Richie plays very well outside with his pasture mates, some days so well he may play a game of catch me if you can with his person!
