Obstacle/ Barrel Gelding

Iron Skip Bars aka Lakota is a 2009 model gelding. He is grade but is out of registered stock, Dam is Track A Rose and Sire is Spanish Iron Bars. He is a solid push style 2D local 3D super show barrel horse and a 22-23 second pole horse with room to improve. He also competes in obstacle challenges and has competed in speed game shows in the past. Kota has been shown in 4H and qualified for State both years that he was shown, the first year of being broke he placed in the overall top 5 at the Lake County District 4H horse show with over 100 riders. He has raced NBHA and been to state 2 times, made it back to finals in the 3D first go of his first NBHA year. Quiet natured horse, great on trails! He will go over bridges, through water, ride along side roads, check cattle, gets gates, and you can pony off of him. This gelding has won 15 different titles, 2 trophy saddles, and 5 belt buckles. Every obstacle challenge that he has been entered in he has won the grand champion title. He is sound, never has had a lameness issue or coliced. Stands for farrier, bath, fly spray, and loads well! Drinks on the road and stalls well. Absolutely no alley issues, will walk in and out with a low head. Requires an advanced rider as he has a lot of buttons and is very fancy broke, will test you occasionally to see what you will let him get away with. Will be very picky on who this horse goes to as I have owned him since he was 3 years old.
