Chief is ideal for a senior rider who wants a safe horse. He is totally dependable on trails, either alone or with a group. He is happy going in the front, middle, or back. Goes readily through water or any trail obstacles. NO spook, ever. He stands rock steady to be mounted and dismounted, ties, loads, quiet on the ground. He has absolutely no vices. He is happy to live alone or with other horses. He is lively enough to be a fun ride, but completely safe for an elderly or shaky rider. He was ridden 2 hours 5 days a week by a 180 pound man and stayed perfectly sound. And he is affectionate, sweet, kind, and easy to catch. He has registration papers and an up to date Coggins.
