I'm offering my horse for lease. I'm in college now and I don't get to work him as much as I should and I don't want him to just sit there. He's a 24 year old registered Arabian. Yes, 24, but he's still in condition to be ridden. He's never really shown his age other than needing to be fed some more than usual and an occasional cough when you first start working him. He's an Arabian, but he doesn't look like it, he more closely resembles a quarter horse and his personality is 99% quarter horse 1% Arabian. He's extremely gentle, very smart, fully broke, and a great all around horse. I ride him western and bareback but he has been ridden English also. He's an absolute sweetheart who loves himself some treats. He's the perfect horse for a beginner of any age, for trail rides, or for any level of rider that doesn't want to work TOO hard. He can be on the lazy side and never offers a buck, rear, bites, or bolt. This would be considered a full lease, meaning you can go out and see him or ride him any day you want, but I will still be able to go see him and ride him too occasionally (just w/o designated days like in a share lease). Lease will include what I pay for board at any given time, (subject to go up if the barn manager needs it to, i.e. increase in hay price) his food, the small lease fee w/ that, and farrier or vet costs when he needs it. Lease will be $300/mo to cover that board and feed price I pay per month, about $250 w/ the $50 per month of lease price. Price is slightly negotiable, but not much. Pictures can be sent when you contact me. Tack can be added if desired. Do not call or text. Email only at - Email address removed - or message through this website. Pictures/videos upon request!
