2Sox needs to find his next horsey home soon.

He is a 12-year-old, 15hh, Grade Tennessee Walking Horse Gelding. He would be the best fit with a intermediate or more experienced rider. He is ridden western, used for trail riding, direct reins.

I consider myself an advanced beginner rider; I've ridden him for the past 6 years. I am the 2nd owner. Due to no fault of his own, I have lost some of my confidence in riding. About 2 years ago I was bucked off another horse and had some serious injuries. My health and confidence is just not the same. He needs someone to ride him more often. He is too nice to be a pasture pet!

He gaits nicely; east to catch; Very forward, can go all day, will go over or through anything you ask, more go than whoa, intelligent and willing. He is great in the round pen and lunging.

He is an expert camper in remote locations with electric fences and designated campgrounds with portable or permanent corrals, high ties, and is hobble broke. He has camped in Wisconsin, Arizona, Kentucky, Illinois.

He stands still for mounting and unmounting, loves having a job and will ride anywhere in the line, lead, middle or end. He will leave the barn without issue; is not barn sour.

Trailers perfectly, unloads respectfully.

2Sox is used to living around a farm and is familiar with cows, horses, equipment (Tractors, ATV, lawn mower, skid loader),cars, trucks, dogs, cats, kids making noise, on trails does well with traffic, adjusts well to varied environments.

Stands perfectly for both farrier and vet. He does not have shoes.

Crosses bridges and water. Can ride in large groups, small groups. He, in the past, used to ride out alone, but would need practice with this again, as he has only been riden with small and large trail groups for the past 6 years.

No bite, no kick, no crib, No buck, No rear, or bolt.

Easy keeper, requires no special care or diet. No lameness or health issues.
