Roper is a Super Good Looking Buttermilk Buckskin Quarter Horse Gelding! He stands 15.1 hands tall and has a nice stocky build to him. He is built to last! If you want a super broke and super safe horse, then Roper is exactly that! He is my 7-year-old daughters favorite horse in the barn. She can ride him all over by herself and can practice her trick riding on him, slide off his butt and walk, trot and lope him all by herself. He has the best neck rein making him very easy to steer. Let him sit in the stall or pasture for months without being ridden, pull him out, saddle him up and he will ride right off safe and reliable each and every time. He is great on the trails and very sure footed in the rough terrain and is a trail horse deluxe. You can ride him alone or with other horses. Stop to go to the bathroom and let the other horses go ahead and he will stand there patiently waiting. Roper is also a finished rope horse that will rope both ends. Roper would make a great kid rope horse or a beginner rope horse too. He rides nicely in the arena and has a smooth trot and lope. Pull his bridle off and ride him with no bridle. Roper is a very special horse to my family and I and whoever buys him is getting a very safe , very good broke , been there done that type gelding that anyone can ride.
