Blaze is a field trial horse, that’s here you hunt pheasants with dogs, shoot over their head, and the dog retrieves your mark. You can shoot guns off this horse, can you get any closer to bombproof? He’s a very gentle horse, anyone can ride him, a true one handed neck rein, he doesn’t mind cattle goats or other animals, traffic safe, anything we throw at him he has never been phased. He’s done lessons in the arena, he’s touted around husbands and beginners, he’s a very fun relaxed horse, he is more whoa then go, he’s not gunna win you any races, but he will keep you safe. His only flaw is he is blind in one eye, you wouldn’t ever know it, he never spooks or acts up, or even trips or run into things. For this flaw alone he has been down graded in price from 7,000 to 3,500. Your getting a heck of a horse for that price. Low totem pole, will not fight with other horses. Stalls well even alone. Trailers in a straight load, a ramp, a step up, a slant or stock trailer. Stands well for the farrier, barefoot or shod. His “refusal” is simple stopping and hoping you won’t make him do it. This is pretty rare, but it’s a simple of asking him again and he will go. Clips bathes stands tied. Stands at the mounting block. This horse would be amazing for doing veteran riding, or kids with disabilities riding, he’s a seasoned trail horse. Seasoned down in the hills of TN, the fields of IL, & ridden all over every state in between. Don’t miss out in a once in a lifetime horse. Up to date on shots. May need a fall float, and a fresh coggins. Good on pasture no cushings, laminitis, founder, no maintenance, gets a scoop of senior feed in the am & one in the pm, usually mixed with a little sweet feed for taste. Used to being on a round bale in the winter. Any other questions feel free to message.
