Chesney is a yearling gelding out of a crossbred Trakhenner mare, by the stallion Rio's Blueprint.

Dad: Rio's Blueprint - 17hh grey F1 CSHA stallion by Rio Grande (Raphael) out of a Goldschlaeger (Gotthard) mare. Inspected/recorded Westfalen NA. His offspring compete in every ring. He passes his kind demeanor and athleticism to his foals and this gelding will certainly measure up.

Mom: 16hh Trak x Clyde mare. Mom has a ground covering, expressive trot and can be ridden by anyone. She is easy to handle and very well mannered. Her easy going nature is already evident in him.

He has presence and cadence. He has excellent conformation, his legs growing clean and blemish free. He moves freely and easily at all three gaits. Chesney leads and stands for the farrier and for grooming. He has started the very basics of lunging. Chesney is teachable and trainable. He currently stand about the 15hh mark, but is expected to finish close to 16.2hh.
