Let's talk gait. Juliette is as natural as they come. She will flat-foot walk and she has the smoothest foxtrot ever! You can push her up to a nice running walk and she is never pacey. She has a fast trail walk and you can slow her down to walk with your non-gaited friends too.
Juliette is excellent on trail: she is sure-footed, goes through water, over bridges, and is confident in steep and difficult terrain and dead-fall. She won't jam you going downhill either. She has been ridden in
Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, and Missouri. She is good alone or in a group.
She backs, side-passes, opens gates, and stands to mount and dismount at the mounting block.
Juliette is a beauty and I get compliments wherever I go. She has always been up-to-date on worming, vaccinations, and dental care; and never any lameness or health issues.
Juliette is NOT stupid or flighty or high-strung, but she is best suited for a confident intermediate and up rider. She is a lot of horse.
I have owned her since she was 18 months old, and I certainly have mixed feelings about selling her. I pray she is the right "fit" for someone out there. Thank you for considering Juliette as your next trail partner. Videosuponrequest. (Please note she was not completely shed out when photos were taken)
