He’s really a great horse just a bit silly when you first go to catch him. Sam is very snorty on the ground. He is not hard to catch, but if you’re a little timid or scared of horses, he is not the one for you. Sam has a couple little quirks but probably the best horse on the place. Now, with all of that being said now here comes the good about him.

SAM IS ABSOLUTELY SAFE FOR ANYONE TO RIDE.

He has a very smooth gait with an awesome stop.

He will cross anything you come up to water , logs , ditches , brush etc…

Sam has been on lots of trail rides in large groups.

Sam is trained to pull a cart . He has no problem turning it or stopping it. He is a nice little driving horse.

I have roped the calf dummy off of him a lot. He is good with you swinging a rope over his head and taking a jerk from the dummy. He is strong on the end of a rope when pulling.

Sam is an awesome shooting horse. I’ve used him as a practice horse for students for a while now. He will not duck or jump when you shoot! If you’re looking for a horse to have lots of fun with from shooting, riding to pulling the cart, check out Sam!

DON’T FORGET HE’S NOT A DRAGON OR A TIGER, BUT IF DON’T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE, HE WILL FOOL YOU WHEN YOU GO TO CATCH HIM. LOL IF HE WASN’T AS GOOD AS HE IS, I WOULD NOT HAVE POSTED HIM. I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HE CAN BE A LITTLE SCARY TO CATCH. ONCE YOU REALIZE HE’S NOT GOING TO HURT YOU, IT’S FUNNY HOW HE ACTS!
