**THIS HORSE IS LOCATED IN Rockholds KY**

Charm is a 7 year old spotted saddle horse mare. She stands a sturdy 15hh. Charm is the perfect age to have miles under her belt yet have many more left to enjoy. Charm has been one our mounts all throughout this summer. She has been awesome to have around! She is quiet, solid, and has a great disposition. We have used Charm for trail riding; she is experienced in this division and has been great for us. Charm has encountered most everything you could think of a trail horse doing or encountering. She will quietly walk down the easiest of trails while you enjoy the scenic route or step up into a ground covering gait that is very smooth when asked. If you find yourself out on the trail in some sticky situations, no worries Charm will carefully maneuver through downed trees, dense brush, ditches, creeks, and much more. Charm has encountered both traffic and wildlife, such as turkey, deer, rabbits, Atv’s, etc. One of my favorite things about this mare is the way she handles the trails! She uses her thinking cap and takes her time in any situation that we have had on the trails. Charm also stands to mount and dismount. While out on the trail, I have pulled her up beside a bank to make mounting easy. I have ridden Charm alone and in groups. She will ride front, back, and middle. She is happy wherever you want to ride her. I have ridden her local and right from the barn. She has also been hauled to camps and ridden in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Charm has been ridden in many different environments and different states. I’ve ridden her in open fields, dense trails, on the road and gravel, and through cattle pastures. She is no stranger to mountain trails! She has been ridden in states such as, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. Charm is content to walk, but also has a smooth ground covering run walk, and also has a smooth 4-beat saddle rack when you ask her to. She Carrie’s herself elegantly and beautiful to watch! She has a great disposition that makes her easy to love. It doesn’t matter if she is in the barn or the pasture, she’ll be waiting to be petted. Charm is quiet and respectful while stalled or pastured. Charm is a nice ride but another plus is that she handles well on the ground. She leads good, loads, trailers, and unloads well, stands to have her feet handled, stands to be groomed, blanketed, and tacked up, as well as sprayed with fly spray or a bath. As you can likely tell, Charm has been an enjoyable trail horse for us. I could continue on about her wonderful qualities but I will let the videos speak for themselves. We have put together nearly 40 minutes worth of video footage for you to be able to meet Charm virtually. While you will see several pictures and videos of Charm, I have to emphasize on how pretty she actually is. Charm has a beautiful black tobiano coat pattern with a long mixed mane and tail. Her mane is thick and has natural curls in it. Charm gets noticed anywhere I take her. She is marked perfect in my opinion with just enough white chrome to set her off. On top of having a models looks, conformation, a good mind set, and trail experience, she is also a happy healthy horse! Something else that is unique and positive about Charm is that she has 4 black hooves even though she has white socks. Charm has an utd negative coggins that was pulled on July 20th, her vet inspection was done on July 20th, she was dewormed with ivermectin on July 11th, and vaccinated on July 20th. Her vaccinations included eastern and western encephalitis, tetanus, rabies, west nile, flu, and rhino. Charm is ready to hit the trails anywhere you would like to go. I want to also include a little bit about Charm’s life outside of the saddle. Charm has a free choice of fresh water at all times, mixed grass hay while stalled, and mixed green grass while pastured. She gets one scoop of grain per day, it is a small scoop. Charm is an easy keeper and requires no special maintenance that I know of. I hope my videos and description gives you a good idea of who Charm is. I am thrilled to be offering this nice horse. I strongly encourage and welcome you to come meet her in person throughout this period of the auction. Feel free and please do contact me, Jordan Payne, at - Click here to reveal phone number - 5370 via text or call to discuss this nice mare, Charm! Thanks!
