Buster Brown is an extremely stout Belgian gelding. Buster has been trail riding and pulling a wagon. He was used to pull farm equipment in ag progress days also. Buster is extremely big built with a beautiful neck, good feet and clean legs. He is an easy keeper and lives out. Respects all fencing and is fine in a mixed herd or alone. Buster is not spooky on the trails and is good with traffic. He has been ridden English, western and bareback. Buster is a beautiful mover and extremely athletic for his size. He willingly takes logs/jumps cross country and will also pop over fences in the arena when asked. Buster has a wonderful lope and the best whoa. He naturally frames up at the trot and has a nice soft mouth. Buster is young enough and willing enough to go in any direction and discipline. We have not personally drove Buster as we do not have a collar large enough for him. The only fault I can give Buster is he is best to tie for a bath he loves getting scrubbed on but doesn’t love the hose noises and tends to move around if not tied and when mounting he takes a minute to get used to different mounting blocks. We normally mount from the ground and just hold him for the rider to climb up. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body and loves attention and will cross tie to be groomed all day long. He doesn’t require stocks to be trimmed and has extremely tough feet and does not require shoes. Flags don’t even faze this big guy. He has a puppy dog personality and aims to please and is ready for a family of his own.
