Cola is a classic Ranch Horse with a great handle! She is big-boned and has the muscle to do anything you want to do, from mountain riding to arena work or out and about in town life. She is a “been there, done that” horse with many miles and experience under her belt!
She has been used on our ranch to move, sort, rope cows, check fences, etc.
She has a great stop, a nice walk, trot, and canters both ways on the correct leads, backs up easily, and has a great rollback. She is an uncomplicated and very steady horse, safe enough for even kiddos to jump on and mess around with!
She has a brave personality and loves to trail ride; she is confident out on the trails alone or in a group; she has been ridden on rocky trails and mountain paths and handles all terrain extremely well. Cola will cross water as well as any and all obstacles that come into her path without a problem or hesitation, she’s always willing to try out something new and is a quick learner!
Cola has taken us out to town for coffee in the drive-thrus. She has been on the roads around cars, bikes, dogs, and kids and loves all the attention in town.
As well as her extensive experience in Western, she has also taken a liking to English and jumping and has beyond excelled at it! She has amazing scope and has not refused a jump; my little sister and brother take riding lessons on her as well, and she is a great babysitter! This horse has great ground manners, easy to catch (in fact, the first one to meet you at the gate), leads, loads, ties, hauls, grooms, picks all feet, bathes, saddles, bridles, stands tied, and is quiet for the vet and the farrier. If you are looking for a solid horse with an amazing personality and fun to ride for the whole family, don’t miss out on this flashy mare!!!
