Midnight Missfire

Arab X Irish Draught Mare. DOB 11/1/09. Bay, 14.3-15 HH.

Missfire was initially started with dressage & jumping. For the last 7 years she has been worked extensively as a trail/camping horse.

She is an athletic horse with smooth, comfortable gaits and the energy to go all day, every day. She has had thousands of trail miles put on her, primarily at Otter Creek, but we have traveled farther in recent years, including out of state trips. She could continue as a trail horse, but I think she would do better with a more goal-oriented career, such as endurance or eventing. She seems happy working in the ring, and she may make a great show horse (continue her dressage training, perhaps.)

She is a great horse, but needs a skilled, confident rider, who can have a good sense of humor about her occasional "misfire"!

Current on vaccines, dental & coggins as of March 2022, current on hoof trimming (remains primarily barefoot), is microchipped.
