Andalusian/Lipizzan Cross Mare

This is a lovely 7 -12 year old mare. No papers available at this time-her DNA testing from Texas A&M show 1. Andalusian, 2. Lusitano and 3. Hanoverian as her official "Ancestral Equine DNA Report." She has very Iberian morphology and would have lovely foals from an Andalusian stallion. She is gaining weight on our pasture now. She was terribly beaten up by a reservation mare, and now is in peaceful recovery with my gentle dairy cows on our small pasture. However the winters get to 40 below up here at 8K feet, and I would love to find her a lower altitude home before winter kicks in-we have already had one snowstorm. She is green-level training and has had some saddle rides by the Indians that I rescued her from, and still needs much time and expert handling. Not a beginner’s horse. Due to being a traveling nurse who has had a recent back injury, I do not have the time or physical health to give her the time that she needs. Easy to catch and load. beginning level Natural Horsemanship training started.
