Meet Hooey! A beautiful 4-year-old sorrel Tennessee Walking Horse gelding, standing at 14.1hh. Hooey has been a pleasure to have here with us. Don’t let his age fool you. He has a wonderful mindset and is eager to please riders of all levels. He has been on many overnight camping trips as well as long-distance trail rides. Whether riding in large groups or small, Hooey is always a pleasure to ride. He stands calmly for mounting, side-passes to a mounting block, and parks out on command. Hooey has a smooth, easy-going gait but can pick up the pace when asked. He is suitable for any level of rider, as he has been ridden extensively by my 7-year-old niece. We have shot guns from his back, cracked bullwhips in various ways, and even taught him to lay down on command!
