Equestrian Advice & Guides General Equestrian
Duncan has attended his first show with good scores including winning High Point with a 74%. He took the show atmosphere all in stride, and requires no lunging or babysitting; hacked straight down the rings by himself.
He is working 1st level solidly with 2nd level laterals started. He has been ridden by a variety of riders, including older amateurs and juniors and has also hacked and jumped lightly. He is not spooky and generally an uncomplicated ride, but he requires a confident rider to continue to confirm his basics, and does best with a balanced rider with a light hand. While we would consider him to have the perfect brain to be developed by an amateur, he is a big moving and athletic young horse so deserves a good program and a rider with some ambition to develop this talented horse up the levels!
