Living quarters kitchen has stove, microwave, sink and full refrigerator ( electric and propane). Overhead bed ( custom mattress) with storage cabinets, TV and DVR player for movies. Living area has dinette that has storage under seats and makes into a bed as well as storage above. Clothing storage next to refrigerator. Separate bathroom has toilet, sink with storage and walk-in shower. New tile floor through out. Air-conditioned and heated. Door in back of bathroom leads to stalls.

Trailer can be hooked directly to water outlet or on-board water tank. Can be used self contained or with full hookup.
Three horse stalls with removeable dividers, stall-to-floor partition on first divider so stall can be used for storage. Escape door at front stall. Each stall has manger and ceiling vents. Saddle rack is removeable as well as can be folded back flush with wall. Blanket racks and storage bin in door.
Good tires with tire tracker sensors. Electric jack as well as manual. Dual batteries (new marine) and dual propane tanks. Awning. Outside speakers.
