Danny is fun and enjoyable to ride whether alone or in a group. No matter the setting, he is always content doing whatever you ask. The two words I’d use to describe him best are quiet and confident. He does not hesitate to cross water, step down embankments, navigate through rocks or over logs. He is not spooky at all, and doesn’t get stirred up by any commotion on the trail or in the city.
He rides great in the arena or on the trail, his jog/trot/lope are easy to sit and smooth. Danny is soft and collected, light leg cues, has a good neck rein, and a nice stop/back up. He doesn’t get in a rush, even when coming back to the barn from a long ride. And doesn't get fresh if you can’t ride frequently, he will ride off the same every time. No buck, no rear, no barn/buddy sour tendencies - just the same broke horse you rode last.
He is a sweetheart on the ground, easy to catch, follows you around and will even stick his head in the halter, ready and eager to do whatever you have planned. He stands to be groomed, saddled, bathed, etc. Picks up all 4 feet. He is sound and healthy.
He is a total eye catcher but even more so his personality is one of the best. Good for anyone who knows how to ride. He will be selling to an approved home only, this guy is truly special and deserves the very best! Can send videos in messenger....Read full description
