Never won money on the track
Started over jumps/poles
Been out of work for about 8 months now
NOT FOR A BEGINNING HORSE PERSON
Pros: Willing to please, stands for farrier, thrives on cheap high fat feed and alfalfa cubes, will eat grain dry or soaked, you can do just about anything to him without sedation (besides sheath cleaning),rode western, rode english, good teeth, if useing for jumping he’s very forward, needs someone who knows what they are doing to keep him focused.
Cons: needs someone to keep him focused, gets very buddy sour- I need a stud chain to return his brain to planet earth without other horses, he’s a bully to other horses and would do best in his own paddock (or his ass kicked by a evil broodmare) like kids and loves affection from them… NOT KID BROKE TO RIDE. he is a tad spooky and needs work! He needs maintenance- injections, shoes, general pain management/joint support.
He’s mostly broke, has a funny personality, he’s just full of piss and vinegar and needs a strong hand, CONSTANT work, and an attitude adjustment. When I was younger and tougher he was rode 5 days a week for 3 hours a day and it kept him humble- I’m at my wits end with his lashing out and I’m humble enough to know when it’s someone’s else’s turn. Someone who’s got more then my 100lbs haha.
He’s usually sweet but can be unpredictable at times.
