He has most of his background in dressage, Making leg pressure communication, his primary language. He will also take to western riding, He is willing to please, and not hard to teach. He can sit on beanbags, He will mount onto a hay wagon or crossover tires, Walk over logs and water. He knows how to jump as well. He clips, ties and loads just fine. He is sound and healthy. He has been having some refresher training the last two months to get him more geared into Western riding. He has become pretty versatile.
He has a beautiful lope, In both Leads. When trail riding sometimes he does see a monster, but the most he does when he spooks is a short step to the side.
He is the type of horse that needs steady attention and riding. If he sits too long, he can have some spunk.
Is absolutely beautiful and sweet horse. Willing to please.
I would say a more intermediate rider would be appropriate because he can spook a bit at times on trails. And sometimes you have to encourage certain obstacles.
Serious inquiries only!!! I can email video clips of him as well!
