V & M's Onita is a pretty 3/4 Friesian 1/4 Percheron-Dutch Harness Horse Cross Mare with a beautiful way of moving. She's registered with the Friesian Blood Horse Registry, is a granddaughter of Mintse 384 and stands 15.2 hands. Onita has lots of potential as a dressage prospect or even combined driving. She rides both English and western and is trained to drive either single or in a team. Onita is a dream under saddle - she picks up both leads and will move off leg pressure. She has smooth floaty gaits, so we think she could become a dressage horse with additional training. We have also ridden Onita on various trail rides and on our obstacle course. She's been desensitized to the tarp, crosses bridges and logs without a fuss. We have also ridden her with our exotic animals - camels, cattle and birds on our farm.
