Easy Going and Gentle is Maverick’s middle name. Here is an opportunity to have a very unique cross. He is a Gypsy Vanner/Fell Pony Cross. We bought him as a 2yr and he has always been super laid back. He wants to be everybody friend and is aways in your pocket. He's the one that will pick up every feed stack and bucket to play with. He has such a huge personality that makes him a favorite. We lightly started him as a 2yr old, then gave him time off, worked him again as a 3yr old and then handed him over to a beginner who wanted to learn how to work with horses. He took Maverick to horsemanship clinics and Maverick took complete care of him and taught him so much. Maverick has always been very smart and easy to train, never been spooky or offered to buck. With time off he stayed the same, rode off just as quiet and gentles as before. This summer we have handed him over to our 9yr old to gather cattle on the mountain. He has been sure footed and solid, never bothered by the silly kid playing around. Maverick is also broke to drive making him fun and versatile. Maverick is great for a bath, stands well for the farrier and vet. He loads in and backs out of the trailer, hauls well. He is up to date on worming, vaccinations, and dental. He comes with complete vet records and has had a basic health exam done. He has a current coggins and all paperwork will be provided for him to travel to his new home.
