Mac is the complete package. He is the perfect size for a Percheron/Quarter Horse cross at 16 hands and 1300lbs wearing a size 4 shoe and 8yrs old. He rides around gentle and easy like a quarter horse, soft in the bridle, moves off your legs, side passes, lopes out of his tracks slow, easy and will slide to a stop. He has a true one handed neck rein. Mac has that quiet easy going nature and is safe for any level of rider. He takes time off well, no silliness, no warm up needed. Easy to catch, just grab him and go to work or for a trail ride. He has seen many miles on the ranch, doctoring, gathering and sorting. He has worked the alleyways and been in crowded situations that don't bother him at all. He has been used at the rodeos to pick up and shag out bulls. Mac is an excellent trail horse, he has a smooth ground traveling walk, picks up his feet and pays attention to where he is going. We have rode him all over the mountains. He goes where he's pointed with no hassle. He is happy in a group or will ride out alone. Not buddy sour or barn sour. He has no vices or bad habits. We have ridden him in town and he is traffic safe. He gets along well with all the other horses including mares, geldings and studs. He is good to shoe, stands well for the vet. He is up to date on worming, vaccinations and farrier. He loads in and backs out of the trailer. PPEs are welcome at your expense. We will haul to any vet in Park County, Wyoming for free. We are glad to help arrange shipping anywhere. For more information call - Click here to reveal phone number -
