Cooper is a pretty roan gelding that will get you noticed. You will have a hard time finding another one like him! I don’t say bombproof often but he is as close as they come. He’s been ridden down the road, around the ranch, ridden bareback, and he has been hauled a lot. He has great lead departures and gait transitions. He picks up both leads and collects with ease. Cooper has a rocking chair lope that is so comfortable and easy to sit. His other gaits are smooth also making him the most comfortable trail riding horse. He stands for mounting and dismounting, the farrier, saddling/bridling, and he stands tied at the trailer quietly. He has a great mind and a willing attitude. If you can hold the reins you will get along with him. He has a good handle and he has had all kinds of riders with different capabilities on him and they all got along with him. This gelding has one of those personalities that he always wants to be with people. He LOVES attention and is the first one to come up to you in the pasture. He has completed our desensitization program and doesn’t mind a flag or tarps one but. You can’t rattle him. He is no stranger to a day in the woods he’s has been exposed to wildlife, traffic, and loud noises such as being very close to chainsaws cutting wood and he didn’t even flinch. He will bravely take the lead or be happy to take any position along the trail. Cooper has been ridden all over the pastures and back roads of northeast TX. He’s also been ridden at several horse trails in our area and been ridden all over the Red River which is right by our land. He can handle any type of terrain. The possibles are endless for this boy as he is very user friendly and has been exposed to a little bit of everything. Cooper is not lacking in anything from color, conformation, sensibility, and everything in between! Cooper is UTD on everything and he is guaranteed sound.
