Chief is an 8 yr old 14H quarter pony gelding that has been used for everything under the sun. He has been used to gather cattle, experienced on the trails and in the roping pen. He will track the sled around so they could learn to rope. He’s quiet and level minded. He has an easy walk trot, push style lope and a light one handed neck rein that’s perfect for the little ones. Chief stops when you say whoa and will go wherever you point him. He crosses water and obstacles with ease and handles time off perfectly! He can do anything dad's big horse can. He has also been heeled on and roped calves. He is solid in the box, makes a great corner, and stays honest. He is mindful of the little ones space and will patiently stand there for them to brush, saddle, and bathe him. Your little one can catch him anywhere.
