5YO AQHA Mare - Started In Breakaway & Heading, Athletic, Gentle, Soft for sale in Texas

This 5 year old, 14.3hh mare has an eye-catching look and the mind and ability to go with it. She is well bred, an easy keeper and is a pleasure to ride. I have schooled her in the snaffle, hackamore and the correction bit. She is light in the mouth and soft in the sides. As she was foaled on our ranch, she has been handled and ridden regularly inside and outside of the training pen as she has matured. Although I have exposed her to barrels and poles, my goal for her has always been for her to be a rope horse. Her preparation training has been focused with that in mind. When receiving a call to gather or work cattle, she is my horse of choice. Whether gathering cattle in the brush or sorting in the pens, Willow is a worker. In training, she has tracked the roping dummy along with live cattle. She was also sent off to a rope horse trainer and has the foundation for breakaway and heading. She has no bad vices, is easy to be around and would make an excellent competition horse for an intermediate or seasoned rider. She has the foundation, training and ability to be your first horse or the replacement of your aging competition horse.
