Do not buy from Yuba ! I ordered this trailer straight from them brand new . I wanted a extra foot added , a ramp , and a escape door . The drop down windows are not horse trailer rated windows and have no safety bars in them . The frame work for the windows on the inside is also very wrong ! It is diamond plating cut bent to fit around the window and frame it in , to hide the sharp edges they used liquid nails and spray painted it silver . The spray paint got on the windows . The outside of these drop down windows was also spray painted black , you can see where the paint started dripping and is rubbing off . The tack room windows leak horribly because they have no sealant around them or frame . He just covered the wall where the window cut out is with silver auto pinstriping tape and I guess hoped I was to dumb to notice . I paid $7000 for this trailer , ofcourse I am going over it with a fine tooth comb . The welds are very shoddy looking , not sure they won't vibrate themselves apart if I actually use this trailer . The stalls are very small and almost to small for my 14H quarterhorse to fit in , they just fit in with no real hip room ... The ramp has a aweful lip just before going into the trailer which makes my horse have to step up and over it which is why O ordered it with a ramp so my horse did not have to step up anything ! The wood flooring is not pressure treated wood !!!! It has holes and honest to god looks like it came from a construction site .The horse area has only one light and all the wires were connected with tape and left hanging out . This is the same for the tack room .The swing out saddle rack does not swing out once you put saddles on it . The wheels are old rusty wheels they spray painted silver , which apparently they spray after putting them in tires so now the new tires have silver spray paint on them . This trailer has more liquid nails then actual welds everywhere . There are no latches for the drop down windows to lock into if you wanted to haul with the windows down , and no latches for the dutch doors over the ramp to lock into so you cannot drive with those open either ... It did have white bumpers for the windows to not hit the side of the trailer but they were attached with liquid nails and since they delivered it in the rain they just kinda slid down the side of the trailer , there is now three dirty slide marks under each window that had one .Yuba gave us $550 as a refund to redo the windows , that check just bounced ! They now ignore my calls and emails to get this resolved . I am speaking with a attorney but I warn all those thinking of dealing with Yuba to find another more reputable dealer ! This trailer was a Christmas present from my fiance . We Paid $7000 for this trailer when we could have bought a aluminum with all the upgrades this piece of crap didn't come with for the same price .If you bought a Yuba trailer and are not happy with it please email or call me , I may not get my money back since they can't even cover $550 but I can see them out of business !!
These are only a few of the pics , I have 60 photos of all the things wrong ...
