Hi! My name is Buster. Some people call me Buster Brown! I'm a bay, so I am sorta brown. I'll tell you right up front that I am 20 years old, but Buddy, I don't act like it! My Mistress, Linda, and I love to go trail riding and our favorite spot is Palo Duro Canyon. We love the trails that are up and down steep hills, with lots of water crossings and some brush busting and log jumping! I hate to admit this but I do have one small hangup. Partly because I was a race horse I like to be in front of all the other horses. Just can't stand sniffing somebody else's b..... oops! Sorry.

I have done some sorting and I am really cowey! Linda took me sorting a couple of times. I hate to be a complainer, but really guys, she doesn't know squat about sorting. It was embarrassing!
She has been teaching me other things though. I'm getting pretty good at working off the leg, and I side pass and open gates now. She really brags on me about how well I get along with children. I do love them so! I try to adapt to each childs ability and I must admit I'm a pretty good teacher in the arena. My trot is average and I have a nice slow lope.
Now I know you must be wondering why Linda has decided to sell me. Please don't think it's because she doesn't love me! Guys, she's getting old! She's 65! She has arthritis and thinks if she had a gaited horse she would be able to ride longer. I'm not so sure about that, but if it make her happy and she can find me a good home, I'll understand.
So please come visit me, and I'll take you for a grand ride! See you soon! Buster
PS. My dad was "Sail On Bunny" and he won the American Futurity!
