I love this mare! "Florida" is a 6 year old Pintaloosa Miniature Mare and has had one colt (Stormi). She leads, but has trouble haulting thinking that she is the alpha. She loads with encouragement, and loves people. She came from a petting zoo, and has a small nipping habit. She has never bitten anyone including me, as I hand feed her all the time. She was foundered before I got her, so absolutely NO GRAIN/PELLETS. I leave her with 24/7 pasture access and hay when I come home. All she needs is 4-6 slices a day and plenty of pasture time.
