Western pleasure horse

I want a western pleasure horse! I want it to be able to tie, clip, bathe, and stand still- when trying to mount, and doesn't pace. I want a horse that has a calm temperament and is good for an intermediate, I would like the temp to be 1-3, a western pleasure horse, and a quarter horse or an apoloosa. I would like the age to be 8-14, and it to be able to walk, jog, and slow lope, go outside by himself and with others and has started on showmanship and horsemanship and worked on western pleasure and just regular riding. I am an intermediate rider.
