Versatile DraftXArabian Mare for sale or possible lease

Iris is a coming of 5 year old Percheron X Arabian

She goes w/t/c jumps, and works off of the seat.

She is 16 hands, she is UTD on all shots as of last winter and will be getting more next month along with another coggins (her last came back neg.)

Depending how she is ridden Iris could easily do hunters, jumpers, eventing, and maybe even some western, she has a very nice trot that is easy to sit to and can be moved to various speeds.

She lunges fine and does well in side reins.

She goes barefoot with no issues.

Iris really loves to jump so I will not send her to a home that will not allow her to jump, the highest she has gone is 2'10" but she most definitely has the drive to go bigger.

Right now her price is $3,200 but negotiable to the right home

A half lease is $150 a month for 2 rides a week
A full lease is $350 a month

All prices and terms are negotiable, I just don't have the time to work with her as much as she deserves.

She is currently boarded at Waltzing Horse Farm where there is a heated lounge, indoor arena, and tack room.
