15.3 hand flashy bay mare, 13 years young, petite framed horse with gorgeous, baby doll head.

Loves attention. Brave, loves to jump. Pretty gaits. Anyone can ride her at the walk/trot (even my non-horse husband) but she is particular about how she's ridden at the canter. Light hands and light seat. Automatic lead changes. Would make an excellent jumper, low level eventer, or dressage mount. She is also a nice trail horse. Has ridden the Gettysburg Battlefield, trail ridden at Pinchot, and has gone to barrel shows. Naturally an agile, athletic horse that aims to please.

Barefoot for as long as I've owned her. She has very strong, hard hooves and she is not ouchy on gravel surfaces.

Fancy enough for the hunter ring BUT she would need to be in consistent slow / grid work to be competitive. Also, her trot in the flat class is beautiful but she would need more practice cantering in a group to be considered "lovely".

Due to some issue in her past (my guess is a starting gate / racetrack issue) -- she is not content being on a two horse straight load trailer. She will load and haul just fine in a slant load or a stock trailer. I've owned both of those trailers. I've never had a head to head trailer, but that would probably be fine as well.

I bought this horse in 2008 as a favor to a friend and just could never bring myself to sell her. Realistically, I have too many horses and not enough time to keep even two of them in regular work. Would like to see her excelling in competition or at least with an active rider with time to devote exclusively to her.
Off farm lease to approved rider/facility. $1500/year. Lessee responsible for all horse expenses and must carry mortality and major medical insurance. Lease to purchase option also available.
