The taxes are slightly over $7000/year on the entire property which includes an additional 40 acre hay field. The Hay field is not offered for this price (taxes would be less), but can be purchased for an additional fee. I have not subdivided the property yet. Excellent river bottom topsoil makes for great hay!
There is local trainer renting it at the moment. I am sure she will continue to rent even if someone were to buy the place and take over the house and main barn. The indoor arena with ~ 20 stalls has a separate electric service, and I originally rented that space to her, then I built my own small hobby farm to retire at and allowed for her to take on the whole place. There are many options for this farm, and it is the longest running equestrian facility in the area. Before I retired, I had over 20 boarders, and a dozen lesson horses and the place did very well.
