Patron is an excellent trail horse. We purchased him last April for my husband. Sadly since purchase, husband hasn't been able to ride him due to other committments. However, he is the type of horse you can pull from the pasture after a long sit and he will work for you. He loves being out in the woods taking in the scenes. His previous owners took him on many overnight trips. Since owning him he's been to three English shows. This isn't his primarily use, but he seems to be adapting. He will jump at least 2 foot. Patron will go both split rein and direct rein, english or western saddle. Stands for clipping, farrier, vet, dentist. He's up to date on all shots, current coggins, and feet. He goes with shoes just bc he's in a rocky area. However, where I bought him from (more grassy area) he was bare foot. Patron has been out with geldings and a mini. He isn't top horse. A lovely dark liver chesnut, registered Missouri Fox Trotter. He naturally gaits, however if asked he will stay in a regular trot/canter. Sadly selling due to lack of time.
