Corrosion Resistant, Galvanized Steel:Tough Galvanized steel is utilized to manufacture the frame, tubular wall structure and interior liner.
Pre-Baked Enamel Aluminum Skin: Your choice of white or pewter. Take weather abuse while being light-weight, attractive and easy to clean.
Insulated Walls: Reduces road noise while controlling the interior temperature for your horses.
Galvannealed Steel Triple Wall Construction: Fortified with steel. All Trail-et Horse Trailers have a full height steel liner and tubular steel wall tubing. The tubular steel is molded into the fiberglass roof increasing the trailer's strength and safety.
White Interior Coating over Expoxy Primer: Tough epoxy primer is applied to the interior side walls; then they are top coated in white gloss enamel.
Protected Side Walls: Lower horse area walls and the rear door are covered with rubber matting for additional protection.
Thick Vinyl Padding: Thick gray vinyl padding on the center divider and side walls to increase your horse's comfort while in transit.
Pressure Treated Wood Floor: Pressure treated pine floor breathes and insulates well against road noises and heat. Supporting steel cross members are only 16” apart. Provides a solid footing and feel for your horses and requires no acid washing.
One Piece Molded Fiberglass Roof: The galvannealed steel framework is molded right into the roof. There are no rivets, screws, or overlapping materials where water could seep in. Dual scoop roof vents are installed to increase airflow in the horse area.
Diamond Plate Gravel Guard: Both attractive and tough, the gravel guard protects the aluminum skin on the front of the trailer from stones and road debris.
Removable Head Divider, Center Divider and Post: The dividers and center post can be removed providing a boxstall option.
Low-Angle Rear Ramp: A low angle ramp deters slipping even in wet conditions. Covered with non-slip matting for additional safety.
Dual Scoop Roof Vents: The aluminum vents open both front and back to regulate air flow in the horse area.
Large Safety Glass Windows with Bar Guards and Screens: 20” X 51” side wall windows, and 20” x 24” horse area windows are the largest windows available to bring in a constant supply of ventilation in hot weather. 51” x 20” windows with screens in the gooseneck sides can give you a pleasant breeze.
Indoor/Outdoor Carpet: Besides giving an easy to clean, attractive floor in the dress area, the carpet is also installed onto the jack wall of the gooseneck and the bulkhead wall of the bumper pull for further protection and noise reduction.
30” Horse Area and Dress / Tack Room Doors: 30” doors give you extra width for bulky items such as saddles and tack trunks.
Rubber Torsion Suspension: Made by the leading manufacturer of axles, rubber torsion takes most of the shock out of the road and away from your horses legs. The independent suspension allows for a smooth ride over bumpy highways and rough terrain.
