There are some nicks and scratches from normal wear and tear and the door to living quarters has a dent/hole that has been repaired in the outside panel, but overall, this Trailer is in excellent condition. (Note the picture shown is the door BEFORE the repair. The repair is a smooth patched spot, instead of textured like the door)
