SWEET, WELL TRAINED CHILDREN'S HUNTER

Dixie is a small horse with a huge heart. She would suit a child or petite adult rider. This mare is very well trained and has exposure to large hunter venues in Saskatchewan. She moves with lovely rhythm, strides well in the hunter ring and has her changes with a simple squeeze of the outside rein over the jump. Her rider participated in the 2012 Saskatchewan Summer Games in dressage, and helped her team to a bronze medal. This mare is kind, no spook at all, clips, trailers, and can be ridden bareback. She is a horse every mother would love for her child. She is only for sale as her rider has outgrown her. Her accomplishments for the 2012 show season are: District Champs in Jr A English Pleasure, Road Hack, Show Hack, 2'3" Hunter, and Western Pleasure, and Reserve Champs in Jr A Equitation, Hunt Seat Equitation, and 2'6" Hunter. She will also be receiving a Provincial Award. She is currently training Level 2 dressage, and will be jumping 2'6" and 2'9" 2013. Dixie has worked with cattle, and has experience in reining and trail. As a 3 year old she took 4th place in the Saskatchewan 50/50 futurity earning a paycheck of just over $1400.
