STOLEN 28 Year Old BLM Mustang Mare!

I am trying to locate my stolen horse. Velma 28 year old BLM Mustang mare with BLM freeze brand. Dark bay with a white blaze. Last seen in the Oroville/Marysville areas, CA. In EXCELLENT condition! I have no idea if Velma has lost weight but she was fat, healthy and sound when she was stolen. She is one of the last direct decendants of a Mustang herd by Susanville, CA. Her Daddy was a Draft stallion running with the Mustang mares. Velma looks like a minature Draft horse at 14+ hands. Any information greatly appreciated! Reward offered for her safe return. She is my dear sweet old lady, I am very worried about my Velma!
