It comes with a/c, stereo, TV stand with antenna, bathroom with big shower, separate stool, and big closet. There is a walk thru door to the mid tack and horse area. The jack is brand new and it is electric. There are dual LP tanks, a spare tire, new wheel simulators, hay rack. The horse area has a rear tack, dividers are padded, escape door at the first stall with slider window, drop down windows on the back two stalls.
