Hi and thank you for your interest! We have electric and propane(gas furnace, range and water heater and garage heater) utilities. There is a well and septic, so there is no recurring bill for those. The electric averages $95 a month, that includes Air Conditioning, lighting, etc. Gas is $175 a month, that includes heat, water heater, gas range, gas dryer. Property taxes are $390/month.
