Charm is a 9 year old, 15.3 hand Tennesee Walking Horse mare that anyone can ride and enjoy. She does not trot, she does a nice stepping pace and also has a nice canter. I have owned her for four 1/2 years and I have ridden her at Otter Creek many times, and also shown her at the New York State Fair, and we have done trail trials-- even a Christmas parade! We have two other Walkers that we had first and we love, so I am going to let someone else enjoy Charm. Really, there is nothing wrong with her, in fact one of the other Walkers is just a bit hard to handle, so we are keeping him and selling the one that will do well with any rider.
Her ground manners are excellent, she has no vices and does not buck or rear. She trailers well without hesitation. She goes English or western, in a snaffle, a walker bit, or a western curb bit. She does not need shoes. She is happy in the pasture, but fine in a stall, too. (Actually, she loves her stall when I let her stay in.) She is a harder to keep weight on than the other horses, so she will need some grain in addtion to hay. She will go out alone, and gets along with others, doesnt need to follow and doesnt need to be in the lead.
I can sell her tack with her and can trailer her if needed. Please call rather than email, thanks.
