Selling bred or open, w or w/o stud colt at side

This mare just foaled a super pretty headed roan stud colt !!! I would be willing to breed her back to either my buckskin or my blue roan stud, your choice and you could then get her after I would be able to wean her 2013 foal in August. I am selling her to be bred back for 2014 or, If you want to buy her open and breed to your own stallion, it's possible we could work out a deal. Her foals sell for almost what her price is , SUPER NICE AND WELL PUT TOGETHER BROODMARE. Pictures are foals of hers and the pictures of her are heavy in foal and in winter hair. She was started as a 2 yr old and only rode lightly. She has been a broodmare most of her life and that's how I'm selling her. Out of 7 foals she has had only one has grayed out. Never any breeding or foaling issues. This gray mare is super clean under the tail, no bumps of any kind. Mare has a nice big eye and hip that her babies also get. Has halter and performance bloodlines of TUFFERNHEL, HOW D ROMAN, SKIPA STAR, COYS SKIPPEN DANCE, STAGE BIRD TOM, and IMA COOL SKIP. She is HYPP-N/H and all foals have been N/N. This mare will have a performance foal with halter looks and always a quiet disposition. This mare has been a really great producer for me and is consistant. I would consider selling her with her 2013 stud colt and also bred back or open, price to be discussed.
